What are CHAKRAS?
Chakra's are like little energy wheels that live inside all of us.
They help our body, mind, and heart work together in balance.
When our Chakra's are open and happy, we feel calm, confident, and full of life.
But when they get blocked or out of balance, we might feel tired, grumpy, or unsure — that’s when we need a little help to realign our energy.
